Sweet Smoothie

Snack:
you need-
1 banana
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
2 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
ENJOY!

Fact:
There is evidence that yogurt was eaten as long as 4500 years ago in the Middle East.
