Homemade Hummus

Snack:
you need-
15-ounce can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
salt

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve with pita triangles or crackers.
ENJOY!

Fact:
Although they are originally from the Middle East, garbanzo beans are the most consumed legume
in the whole world!
