Simply Shrimp
Snack:
you need-
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound large shrimp, peeled & deveined
lime wedges
Combine the oil, garlic, rosemary and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss around to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for an hour.
In a nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat, place the shrimp in one layer and cover with the rest of the marinade. Cook, turning once, for four to eight minutes. Serve with lime wedges.
